Packaging & Shipping

Packaging: Steel coils are packed eye-to-sky (vertical) with waterproof paper, VCI rust-proof film, steel strapping, and ISPM 15 compliant wooden pallets. Steel plates are wrapped with waterproof paper, secured with steel strapping, and packed on ISPM 15 compliant wooden pallets, with bundle weight controlled within 2-3 tons for safe handling.

Shipping: Lead time is 25 days for orders up to 100 tons, 35 days for up to 500 tons, and 45 days for up to 1,000 tons. Shipments are made from Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao, or Tianjin ports. Trade terms available include EXW, FOB, CIF, or as negotiated. Full documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, Mill Test Certificate, certificate of origin, and ISPM 15 (if applicable) — is provided with every shipment.

2. Where do you source your raw materials?
We source our raw materials directly from leading steel mills in China to ensure stable quality and full traceability.
 Our main suppliers include:
· Stainless Steel: TISCO
·Aluminized Steel: VAMA (ArcelorMittal joint venture)
· Mild Steel: Baosteel
We can also supply 409AL tubes based on project requirements.

3. Do your materials comply with international standards?
Yes. Our materials are supplied in accordance with the required chemical composition and mechanical property standards for each grade.
For example:
· AISI 304: produced in full compliance with the relevant chemical and mechanical requirements
·AISl409:compliant with required specifications,with tensile strength ypicaly in the range of 360 -380 MPa, depending on the material batch Material certificates can be provided upon request.

4. What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the material grade, size, and production arrangement.
In general, due to minimum steel coil purchasing requirements, the MOQ per size is around 5 tons.
Mixed sizes or mixed codes can be discussed depending on the total order quantity and container arrangement.
